This Shipping and Return Policy governs the shipping of products purchased from SIVA (hereinafter referred to as "SIVA," "we," "us," or "our") and outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and exchanges. By placing an order with SIVA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

SIVA currently ships to addresses within United States. We reserve the right to amend our shipping destinations at any time without prior notice. Please verify if your location is within our shipping zone during the checkout process.
1.2. Order Processing Time:
Upon successful placement of your order and confirmation of payment, we will endeavour to process your order within 3-4 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other extenuating circumstances.
1.3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes:
We do not utilize any third-party distributors. All orders are fulfilled directly through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), ensuring efficient and reliable delivery across the United States. At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
The estimated delivery timeframes based on available shipping options are as follows:
- 3–7 business days
- 1–3 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. SIVA shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping caused by Amazon’s fulfillment process, courier service disruptions, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.
1.4. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination address. The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to order completion. SIVA reserves the right to modify its shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
1.5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment through the courier service's website.
1.6. Delivery and Acceptance:
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting the shipment. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt and, if possible, take photographs as evidence. Acceptance of the shipment without noting any damage shall be deemed as confirmation that the product(s) were received in good condition.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
At SIVA, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a positive experience with our products. Due to the nature of our offerings especially hygiene-sensitive items such as essential oils we follow a strict return and exchange policy aligned with our fulfillment partner, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
2.1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. Please provide your order number along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the received item.
All return requests must be submitted in line with Amazon’s MCF return protocols.
2.2. Non-Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect product selection by the customer.
Minor differences in scent, color, or texture due to the natural origin of our ingredients.
Opened, used, or tampered products unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
All items must remain unopened and in their original condition unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
2.3. Return and Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange under Amazon MCF guidelines:
Contact Us: Email our support team at Info@sivaorganics.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Assessment: Our team will assess the request and, if valid, initiate a return through Amazon’s fulfillment system.
Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping: Return shipping instructions will follow Amazon’s process. SIVA is not liable for any loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using trackable shipping.
Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with one of the following, based on availability:
Exchange: Replacement of the same item.
Refund: Full or partial refund of the item price (original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us).
2.4. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Abuse of the return policy, including repeated returns or claims without sufficient evidence, may result in the suspension of return privileges.
